PRIVACY POLICY MODEL FOR "GirlMojiX"

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application GirlMojiX that was created by Dreamo Studio. This Application is an augmented reality iPhone app designed to allow users to change to other avatar.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Application enables you to create custom photo and video user generated content (UGC). All of this content is retained on the device. It is never sent to any remote location off-device without your explicit consent.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application also makes use of automatically collected information using the TrueDepth API provided by Apple. The only use of this information is to provide valuable user features. None of the information collected by the TrueDepth API ever leaves the user's device.

Does this application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Does this application store user's data?

The facial data (TrueDepth) from the camera is only used during the session to animate the character. By accessing Apple's TrueDepth API, this application checks the gestures you make then translates them to the character's features so it can animate as your gestures. The facial data (TrueDepth) is never sotred, either locally or remotely.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

The facial data (TrueDepth) is never sent to third parties or used for any purposes other than animating the character.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy link to the App Store.. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. If you reside outside Japan your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under Japan privacy standards.
