PRIVACY POLICY MODEL FOR "LogicPixels"

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application [LogicPixels] that was created by Dreamo Studio.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

[LogicPixels] will not access any content on your device.

If you share your custom levels, the app will obtain your device’s UCID and upload it together with the level information to our server, in order to help distinguish between authors. However, the UCID does not track your device—when you uninstall or reinstall the app, a brand new UCID will be generated.

Automatically Collected Information

[LogicPixels] currently does not have any automatic function to collect user information.

Does this application store user's personal data?

[LogicPixels] does not access any of your personal data.

Does this app access the internet and exchange data?

User-created levels will be uploaded to our server and made freely accessible to everyone.
To manage uploaded data, your device’s UCID will be collected and uploaded together with user-created levels. No other device-related information will be uploaded. If you delete or reinstall the app, a new UCID will be generated, so your UCID cannot be used to track you.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

All of your data are never sent to third parties.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy link to the App Store. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. If you reside outside Japan your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under Japan privacy standards.
