PRIVACY POLICY MODEL FOR "MieChat"

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application MieChat that was created by Dreamo Studio.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

With your permission, this app will access your microphone to record audio, then convert the audio into text. The audio will not be sent to external servers, but the text may be sent to external servers for analysis. After the conversation ends, all voice and text data will be deleted and will not be stored on the server or the local device.

Automatically Collected Information

MieChat currently does not have any automatic function to collect user information..

Does this application store user's data?

1. Audio used for speech recognition and the recognition results will not be stored on any device.

2. If you look up words using this app, the recently searched words will be cached on your device to speed up access.

3. If you use the vocabulary book feature, the words will be stored in a local database on your device, and you can delete them at any time.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

All of your data are never sent to third parties.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy link to the App Store. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. If you reside outside Japan your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under Japan privacy standards.
